Administration
    Mission:
    The purpose of Public Services Administration is to oversee and provide guidance to the divisions that operate and maintain the water treatment and distribution system, the wastewater collection and treatment system, and the various public works services including solid waste, street maintenance, cemeteries, and stormwater. Public Services Administration ensures that all services are provided in an effective and efficient manner to all city customers.
    Purpose for division:
    1. Supervise and manage all division of Public Services including the oversight of budgets, expenses, capital projects, and personnel issues.
    2. Review service levels and implement programs that improve efficiency, meet Federal and State mandates and conform to any new policies of the City Council.
    3. Prioritize requests from individual divisions to meet the needs of the overall department.

    Projects:

    • Provide contract administration services for Capital Improvement Projects, goods and services contracts, consultants, and construction projects.
    • Establish street paving priorities for annual resurfacing / maintenance projects.
