Adult Athletics
The City of High Point Parks & Recreation Department sponsors team sport leagues for spring and fall adult softball and adult basketball, and men's flag football. We strongly believe our programs are ways for adults to maintain active lifestyles.
The department will accept a team registration form for complete team entries only. Teams will pay a team registration fee to the department that will cover the department's cost to include the team into the league. This fee does not include the cost of any player equipment or uniforms.

All Guts, All Glory! - Allen Jay Recreation CenterMonday & WednesdayAugust 11, 2009 - September 21, 2009 6:30-8:30p.m. Fee:$40.00 per person Deadline for enrollment: 08/05/09 Informational Poster & Individual Registration Team Roster Form Waiver Form Think you still have it? Come out and prove it. This basketball league is for the more mature men ages 25 and older. Games will be played in two 18 minute halves. The league is open for Recreational, Church, Industrial and Individuals. Team registration is encouraged; however, those that register individually will be placed on a team. Remember, ID's will be checked and all team members must be at least 25 years old. The captain's meeting will be held on July 20. |
Open Volleyball - Allen Jay Recreation CenterMondays6:30-8:30p.m. Allen Jay Recreation Center will host an open gym to play volleyball for those 16 years of age and older. If you have been waiting for your chance to get above the net and meet new people, now is the time. Volleyball is a great way to exercise and have some friendly competition. Program runs through July 6. |
