Annexations by Decade Map (PDFormat) The Street Map (Portait Version) for the City of High Point graphically defines our street centerline file, municipal boundaries, recreational and community facilities, and a street index file. This map is updated annually during the month of August. A Black and White reproduction can be purchased for $3. Full map extents measure 36.00x54.00Anticipated Growth (PDFormat) The Anticipated Population Growth By Census Tract Map shows incremental increases and decreases of anticipated population growth by Census Tract boundaries for the High Point Planning Area for year 2000 through 2010.
Census Map The 2000 Census Map for the City of High Point statically delineates Tract boundaries, in accordance with the US Census 2000 TigerLine Files. Boundaries have been modified to match the topology from centerlines and other physical features. This map is a standard plot size and measures 36.00x42.00 inches. Community Boundaries Map (PDFormat) The Community Boundaries Map outlines nine sub-areas within the High Point Planning Area to facilitate land use planning. Pdf map measures 8.50x11.
Greenway Map (PDFormat) The 8.5x11 map of the "Existing Greenway Trails in High Point and Vicinity" includes approximate trail distances and shows all area parks.
Land Use Plan (Map) for High Point Planning Area (PDFormat) The Land Use Plan graphically depicts the future land use pattern for High Point’s Planning Area based on the policy document adopted by High Point City Council, April 6, 2000. Land Use Plan Amendments in accordance with City Council Resolutions are maintained by the Planning & Development Department and is updated quarterly. Planimetric Data & Aerial Photography Location Grid Map (PDFormat) Depicts High Point’s coverage of planimetric and topographic data and layer availability by state plane grid number. Street Atlas The Street Atlas is now available for download. The pdf fits a format page size of 8.50x11.00 inches. The Street Atlas graphically depicts The City of High Point's street centerline file, recreational and community facilities, a street index, and a separate section for apartment and condominium locations. The Street Atlas is updated annually and is available for purchase at our offices (please call 883-3328 for current pricing information).

Watershed Map (PDFormat) The Watershed Map was developed in response to the Randleman Lake Stormwater Management Plan for High Point. It is a graphical representation incorporating High Point’s GIS data layers, the Randleman Basin Boundaries, Watershed Critical Area Tier Divisions, and surface water locations particularly perennial and intermittent streams. This map is updated annually. Map is a .pdf file containing 3,807kb and extents of map measure 36.00x48.00 inches.
Zoning Atlas The Zoning Atlas shows zoning within the Municipal Boundary and the Extra-territorial Jurisdiction for the City of High Point. The 11.00x17.00 inch book is a black and white reproduction of the Official Zoning Atlas maintained on file in the Planning & Development Department. This Atlas is updated biennial.
