2015 Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan Update Review
The 2015 Guilford County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan draft has been completed and is now in the review phase. As a part of the review process, Guilford County and partner agencies will be hosting a community meeting on June 11, 2015 at 1:30 PM to discuss the drafted plan. The meeting will be held in the Lake Townsend Conference Room at the J. Edward Kitchen Operations Center, located at 2602 S. Elm Eugene Street, Greensboro. We invite the public to please attend the public meeting and review the drafted plan. Guilford County is currently in the process of revising the Guilford County Hazard Mitigation Plan, which details how we can reduce the impacts of future incidents caused by hazards of all types. Citizens of High Point are encouraged to complete a brief online survey to share their opinions and enable participation in the planning process.
