Help NC GreenPower (NCGP) protect our state.

NC GreenPower is an independent, nonprofit program dedicated to providing more renewable energy sources to our state. NCGP is working to convert natural resources as the wind, sun and organic matter into electric energy that's good for the environment. And in order to succeed, NCGP needs your help!

It's easy to make a difference.

You can help for as little as $4 a month. Every $4 submitted will add one block of 100 kilowatt-hours of green energy to our state's power supply. Over a year, that's the environmental equivalent of planting 192 trees or not driving a car for 73 days!

The dollar amount of your participation is sales-tax-free and tax-deductible.

The Power to change.

• Every $4 contributed to the program supports 100 kwh of generation from North Carolina renewable energy supplier.
• Contributions are billed monthly on your electric bill.
• Funds are passed in their entirety to NC GreenPower.
• NC GreenPower uses the funds to substitute the higher costs of generating cleaner, renewable energy for the state's power supply.
