Meeting Schedule

This schedule is subject to change, especially if a Council meeting falls during a week in which there is a city holiday. The Mayor will make the final decision about changes in the schedule, following consultation with members of City Council and staff.

The planning session or the Committee of the Whole is on the first and third Monday of every month at 4:45 p.m., in Council Chambers on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 211 South Hamilton Street. Public hearings begin at 5:30 p.m. On the Thursday after each Monday meeting, a Regular Council session is held at 9 a.m.
