The City of High Point's Community Development & Housing Department is committed to providing the highest level of service and a broad range of opportunities to its customers.  Recognizing that neighborhoods cannot be strengthened simply with "sticks and bricks," the Department implements a diverse but coordinated mixture of programs ranging from affordable housing activities to public services for neighborhood improvement to community capacity-building.
