NCMPA1 consists of 19 cities and towns in the piedmont and western North Carolina, including High Point. See the details. Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Tax Preparers Needed Free Energy Audit At Your Home    "Free Energy Audit At Your Home" is a new program the City of High Point is offering to residential customers on its electric system. The audit will show you how your home is using energy and ways you can conserve. This could result in hundreds of dollars in energy savings each year. See the details. If you prefer to complete a do-it-yourself Home Energy Audit,  www.high-point.net/custsrv/depot.cfm , you will receive an energy conservation kit free, while supplies last.
